Get Involved

Members get close and personal with a longtailed bat.

We hold monthly branch meetings on the third Thursday of every month (except January and December), at St. Johns Hall, Wai Iti Road, Timaru, commencing 7.30p.m.

Meetings are open to all who wish to attend, and often have a guest speaker on a conservation-related topic.

Volunteering

There are numerous opportunities to volunteer and get involved in projects around Canterbury. Volunteering is not only interesting and rewarding but it is also satisfying to know that you are making a difference.

April Meeting

Last month's speaker was Jono More who had spent five months on the Galapagos Islands helping with conservation work thanks to the World Wildlife Fund.
